In‑house Manufacturing of Off‑Road Class III Chassis at Our Factory
As a source manufacturer specializing in the export of off‑road trucks, our company owns a complete chassis manufacturing workshop to realize independent production of Class‑III chassis. Full‑process in‑house control covers frame welding, assembly of general components, chassis off‑line and painting treatment. Besides standard Class‑III chassis products, we are capable of manufacturing a full range of complete off‑road trucks. Diverse custom modifications are available for global clients, suitable for multiple application scenarios including motorhome conversion, engineering operations and special‑purpose vehicles. Below are on‑site photos taken at our factory.

Frame welding operation. Reinforced frame structure lays the foundation for reliable off‑road capability. Standard welding procedures are adopted for chassis frame forming to guarantee structural rigidity, laying a solid foundation for subsequent diverse custom modifications.

Off‑road tire assembly. Aggressive‑pattern off‑road tires are fitted for rough‑terrain conditions. Axle and running‑gear assembly follows strict in‑house production standards to ensure chassis reliability under harsh working conditions.

Mass‑assembled Class‑III off‑road chassis on production line. Our factory supports mass production of Class‑III chassis. Sufficient modification interfaces are reserved on each chassis to realize personalized adjustments according to client project requirements.

Chassis component assembly station. Core assemblies including steering system, electric units and pipelines are assembled and calibrated. Beyond Class‑III chassis production, our factory is capable of complete off‑road truck manufacturing. Custom solutions are available for both finished trucks and bare chassis.

Panoramic view of chassis manufacturing workshop. Our self‑owned workshop covers full‑range component assembly and system integration. For global export orders, Class‑III chassis configuration, body structure and mounting points can be adjusted for motorhome conversion, engineering and special‑purpose vehicle projects.

Undercarriage assembly close‑up. Main frame, suspension, fuel tanks, exhaust and transmission systems are fully assembled in‑house. Rigid assembly standards ensure stable performance of Class‑III off‑road chassis in mountainous, mining and other harsh environments.

Integrated spray‑booth workshop. After welding and assembly, chassis and body frames go through painting process for anti‑corrosion protection. Complete workshop facilities guarantee surface quality and anti‑corrosion performance for our self‑produced Class‑III chassis and modified components.
Supported by our in‑house manufacturing base, we specialize in export of off‑road trucks together with Class‑III chassis. Our product portfolio includes various off‑road Class‑III chassis and complete off‑road trucks. Multi‑dimensional custom modifications are supported for windows, interior layout, suspension, bumpers and mounting interfaces.
