Dongfeng 4×4 Small All-Wheel Drive Dump Truck Overseas Delivery Case
Recently, an overseas client placed an order with our company for a batch of Dongfeng 4×4 small all-wheel-drive dump trucks, mainly for material transport in local forest areas and mining operations. The client's region features complex terrain with mountainous and muddy sections, along with narrow roads, placing high demands on vehicle mobility, manoeuvrability, and reliability.
Based on the client's operating scenarios and actual needs, we recommended the Dongfeng 4×4 small all-wheel-drive dump truck. Powered by a Cummins 170 HP engine, the vehicle delivers ample power while maintaining a compact design that ensures good manoeuvrability on narrow roads, making it suitable for forest trails, mining paths, and rural roads alike.
To address the client's requirement for heavy-load operation on rough roads over extended periods, the truck incorporates several targeted design features:
• Chassis guard net: Installed under the cab, it effectively protects key chassis components and reduces impact damage.
• Brake cooling tank: Cools the braking system during continuous downhill driving or frequent braking, ensuring brake safety under full-load conditions.
• Centre-mounted dual-cylinder lifting system: Provides stable and powerful dumping for high unloading efficiency.
• 4-channel monitoring system: Helps the driver stay aware of the vehicle's surroundings, minimising blind spots and enhancing operational safety in complex conditions.
In addition, the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, a water spray cooling system, and a 2-channel monitoring system to improve driving comfort. Standard accessories such as tool kits, fire extinguishers, and jacks are also included for routine maintenance and emergency handling.
The batch has now completed all production and testing processes, with all performance indicators meeting factory standards. The vehicles have been smoothly shipped and delivered to the overseas client. The client expressed satisfaction with the vehicle configuration and build quality, and recognised the model's high practical value for local forestry and mining applications.
